Summer is right around the corner which means refreshing, fizzy drinks are definitely on the menu. What better way to celebrate warmer days ahead than with this wild blueberry and lemon CBD mocktail! This recipe is loaded with antioxidants thanks to a made-from-scratch wild blueberry syrup (recipe below) and contains our 1200 mg certified organic nano CBD for a calming and restorative effect. Best enjoyed outside with the sun on your skin.

Wild Blueberry Lemon CBD Mocktail

The Recipe

Wild Blueberry Syrup:

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
3/4 cup filtered water
2 tbs coconut sugar

Simmer the above ingredients for 10-15 minutes and drain off the liquid. This is your berry syrup!

Rim your glass with lemon and coconut sugar (optional)

Add to a tall glass:

Fresh mint leaves
Blueberries
Ice
Wild blueberry syrup
1-2 dropperfuls Veggimins Nano Hemp Extract All Day Blend (we used our 1200 mg strength for 40 mg per serving)
1/2 lemon, juiced
Sparkling water

Ingredients

3 large ripe avos, make sure they're soft but not brown

1/2 red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1.5 limes, juiced

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

1/4 tsp cumin

A few big pinches of cayenne

1-2 dropperfuls of Veggimins nano CBD All Day Blend - any strength

Steps

1. Chop up your fresh cilantro and onion

2. Mash ripe avos in a bowl

3. Mix fresh ingredients with the mashed avo, lime juice, garlic, salt, and seasonings. Be sure to add you CBD. Stir well.

Plant Based CBD Turmeric Latte

The Recipe

Plant Based Turmeric CBD Latte

Serves 1

Ingredients

12 oz almond milk (we recommend making it fresh for the best flavor and creaminess factor)
1 Tbs coconut cream or whole coconut butter
2-3 tsp raw honey (or sweetener of choice) adjust to your own taste
1 dropperful Nano Hemp Extract 600mg - Turmeric + Terpenes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Steps

1. In a saucepan, whisk all ingredients together except for hemp CBD, and heat over low heat.

2. Before it begins to boil, remove from heat. Pour into your favorite mug, and add CBD extract.

Top with more spices and sip while you slip into a state of calm.

Raw Vegan CBD Eggnog

Serves 2

- 2 cups fresh almond milk *recipe below
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Dastony coconut butter melted
- 1 dropperful Veggimins 1200 mg All Day Blend nano CBD extract
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch Himalayan salt

Steps

1. Blend ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

Will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days and may increase in thickness as the chia absorbs water.

Optional - turn it into a milkshake by blending one cup with a frozen banana - soooo good!

Turmeric CBD Infused Gazpacho Salad
 
Yields 6-8 servings 
 
Ingredients
 
Gazpacho Salad

3 red tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 large English cucumber, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
3 large handfuls baby spinach
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (can be omitted for those who don't love cilantro)   
 
Optional: sprouted sunflower or pumpkin seeds to garnish 
 
Turmeric CBD Infused Red Wine Vinaigrette 

1/2 cup cold-pressed olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 a lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbs raw honey
1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 pinches red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
2 dropperfuls Veggimins Turmeric Enhanced CBD extract
 
Steps 
 
1. Prep all of your veggies and place them in a large salad mixing bowl. Note that if you don't plan on using your salad within a few days you'll want to leave the spinach out and add it before you serve, otherwise it will become too wilted. 
 
2. Mix your dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl with a fork or whisk. 
 
3. Gently toss veggies with dressing and enjoy! 
 
Recipe should be eaten within 2-3 days for the best taste and texture. Store in a glass, airtight container in the fridge.

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 heaping tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade has the most antioxidants and best flavor!)

1/2 cup hot water

1 tsp Dastony stone ground coconut butter

1 dropperful Veggimins All Day blend nano hemp CBD in your desired strength (the magic sauce)

Honey to taste

Steps

1. Whisk matcha powder in a glass bowl with hot water.
 
2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk those in.
 
3. Then pour matcha mixture over ice and top with your favorite plant milk of choice. We used oat.
