Chilled CBD-Infused Cucumber Lime Soup

It might not be shorts and tank top weather quite yet, but it’s certainly warm enough to turn off the stove, dust off that blender and make some yummy raw recipes.

Spring is a great time to make some seasonal dietary adjustments. If we tune into our body's needs and signals we may discover that we naturally start to gravitate towards more raw foods and lighter fare this time of year. If you’ve been cooking up hearty stews all winter long, this recipe will be a refreshing change of pace! It’s vibrant and flavorful and also helps support gut health, detoxification and immunity with probiotic-rich plant-based yogurt and enzyme and nutrient-rich ingredients like fresh cucumber, lime, and herbs. By blending in a few doses of hemp CBD, you can infuse the recipe with additional anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. CBD has also been shown to help us feel mellow and more at ease by supporting a calm nervous system. After enjoying a bowl of this tasty soup you'll be feeling cool as a cucumber... *wink*
